6-Month Private Coaching

Fall in love without losing yourself

Break old relationship patterns, rebuild self-trust, and become the woman who knows how to choose, create and receive extraordinary love.

You've figured out so much in life. So why does love still feel so damn hard?

You've got a career, you're independent, your friendships are beautiful, and you've built a pretty good life you're genuinely proud of.

You're self-aware. You have drive, and a big, beautiful heart ready for love.

You've done therapy and read the books. Listened to the podcasts, journaled your heart out, done medicine journeys and taken the solo trip into the jungle.

And yet...

When it comes to love, you still find yourself falling into the same old patterns, wondering:

  • Why do I keep attracting emotionally unavailable people?

  • Why do I obsess over their texts, their feelings and whether they like me back?

  • Why can I trust myself in every other area of my life, but second-guess EVERYTHING when it comes to dating?

  • Why do I keep confusing chemistry with compatibility?

  • And how the hell do I open my heart again without getting completely lost in someone else?

And sometimes, especially late at night or when you scroll past yet another engagement announcement on IG, that little voice in your head gets REALLY loud:

“What's wrong with me? Why does everyone else seem to find love except me?”

Or maybe you're on the opposite side of the spectrum. You’re so damn guarded that nobody gets close enough to really know you.

Or maybe you shut down, go blank, and can't even imagine what love could look like for you anymore.

Whether you're longing to be chosen or keeping everyone at arm's length, you're tired of watching the same old patterns play out in your love life.

And you're ready for something different.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

You're actually doing just fine on your own.

You've got your single friends to go out on the town with and your married friends to have dinner at home with.

Your power yoga and slow Sunday morning routine.

You're dancing salsa on Tuesdays, and you're thinking you might say yes to a festival next weekend.

Maybe you've even reached a place where being single feels pretty damn good….

And then you meet someone.

There's chemistry, there’s excitement, there’s POSSIBILITY, and you’re freaking excited.

So excited that instead of staying curious about date number three, you're already six months ahead, imagining who you'll invite to the wedding.

Suddenly, all that confidence and self-awareness you've worked so hard to build gets put to the test.

  • You're checking your phone more often than you'd like to admit.

  • Replaying conversations... and throwing them into ChatGPT… just to make sure.

  • Making excuses for things that don't quite sit right. Like an offhand joke that rubs you the wrong way, or the fact that he doesn't pick up after his dog.

Or maybe you do the opposite: You start finding reasons why he's not right for you. Pull back when things get intimate like when he tells you he's really starting to like you, or asks you a question that requires you to actually let him in.

You convince yourself you're better off alone and that his graphic band tee and gum chewing are perfectly acceptable reasons to not see him ever again.

And the most frustrating part? You KNOW you're doing it.

But knowing it's happening and knowing how to show up differently are two very different things.

You can't think your way into a different experience of love.

Look, you're a smart and sophisticated woman.

You've dissected your attachment style, can name your triggers, and have a pretty good idea of the part you've played in your past relationships.

All of that awareness is valuable.

BUT knowing why you do something doesn't automatically mean you know how to stop doing it.

When you meet someone who really lights you up, you're not just navigating a dating situation.

You're navigating all the beliefs, fears, protective patterns and experiences you've collected along the way:

The part of you that wants to be chosen. The part that's terrified of getting hurt again. The part that learned it was safer to keep everyone at arm's length.

And sometimes, those parts are making decisions before you've even had a chance to ask yourself what YOU actually want.

You say yes when something inside you is saying no, or you run the other way when what you really want is to let someone in.

Not because you don't know better, but because knowing better and feeling safe enough to choose differently aren't always the same thing.

This is where our work begins.

Imagine being able to fall in love without falling out of love with yourself.

Imagine meeting someone who gives you butterflies AND makes you feel calm. You can be yourself. ALL of your parts have a seat at the table of your love

There's electricity between your bodies, minds and hearts. You’re attracted to each other and it’s not just skin deep. You feel connected, seen and committed to each other. There is an expansive delicious feeling of possibility that is laid wide open for you and your relationship to unfold and gain momentum.

Instead of immediately jumping six months into the future, you're enjoying the beautiful bits of your couple bubble being created right now:

  • You're flirting and kissing and touching, finding little ways to be close on dates and even while running errands.

  • You're laughing so hard together your face hurts and you forget to breathe.

  • You're not only undressing each other in the bedroom. You're slowly stripping away the layers of armour, letting yourselves be seen in all your messy, beautiful, imperfect humanness.

And as the connection deepens, you're staying curious about whether he's someone YOU actually want to know better.

You're still going to salsa on Tuesdays, but maybe he pops in once in a while. Still making time for your friends, but maybe he stops by to say hi. Still enjoying those slow Sunday mornings but now you have a new tradition.

And when something doesn't feel right?

  • You trust yourself enough to ask a hard question about his past.

  • Have the conversation about what really happened with his ex.

  • Set the boundary about sex.

  • Say no to meeting his kids until you’re ready….

…without spending three days wondering if you've ruined everything.

You have a pretty good idea of what want in love, intimacy and sex and you're no longer embarrassed to want it, ask for it, or let yourself receive it.

You feel comfortable in your skin. You know what turns you on, and you can ask for it. You can meet his gaze, let yourself be touched, receive a praise without brushing it off, and tell him when something's bothering you.

You're having the late-night conversations, the spontaneous kisses in the kitchen, the nourishing sex, and the freedom to reveal the woman underneath all the roles you've learned to play. The daughter, the mother, the independent woman who's got her shit together –

The woman who sometimes feels scared, needy, messy, wildly passionate, playful, vulnerable, and wants to be held just as much as she wants to be desired.

And instead of worrying that showing all of yourself will make him love you less, you're discovering what it feels like to be deeply loved while being fully yourself.

You've learned to see, accept and love all these parts of yourself first. Even the ones you used to hide, judge or wish away.

You're no longer waiting for someone else to make you feel worthy of love. You're bringing that love with you.

And now, you're not just longing for love and intimacy anymore. You're actually experiencing it.

Not because you've become someone else, but because you've learned how to open your heart without abandoning yourself.

This is what becomes possible when you learn to choose yourself AND let love in.

Not by becoming more attractive, more accomplished, more healed or more worthy of someone's love.

But by changing the relationship you have with yourself.

By learning to listen to your body, get intimate with the parts of yourself you've spent years hiding or trying to fix, and trust what you feel, need and desire.

By discovering that you can be wildly in love with someone without losing the woman you've worked so hard to become.

Welcome to Align to Love ♡

My signature 6-month private coaching journey for women who are ready to experience love differently.

This isn't six months of sitting around talking about your ex, dissecting your attachment style or figuring out why you keep choosing the wrong people.

(Although we'll definitely talk about some of that.)

We're going beyond understanding your patterns to actually changing how you experience yourself in love and relationships.

We'll get curious about the parts of you that want to be chosen, the parts that are terrified of getting hurt, and the parts that crave intimacy but don't always know how to let it in.

We'll work with your mind, body and nervous system through conversation, somatic exploration, breathwork, visualization and practices that help you connect with what you're actually feeling and wanting.

And we'll bring that work into your real life.

The dates. The texts. The difficult conversations. The moments you want to run, chase, please, perform or shut down.

Because knowing better and actually showing up differently are two very different things.

Our work is deeply personal. There's no rigid formula or one-size-fits-all roadmap.

Some sessions we'll explore an old wound or protective pattern. Others we'll work with something that happened on a date last night, practice a difficult conversation, or explore what it feels like to actually receive pleasure, affection and love.

Together, we'll make space for the messy, beautiful, uncomfortable, exciting process of becoming a woman who knows herself, trusts herself and chooses from that place.

Not just so you can find love. But so you can actually experience it without abandoning yourself.

What does working together actually look like?

Whether you're actively dating, taking a conscious pause, healing from heartbreak or not quite ready to put yourself out there again…

I deeply believe in the healing and transformative power of relationships, therefore I work with clients who are ready to commit to a minimum of six months together.

Real change takes more than a few aha moments. It takes time to explore the patterns you've been carrying, practice something different, and begin creating new experiences of love, intimacy and connection.

Here's what our six months together looks like:

  • 12 private 90-minute coaching sessions via Zoom over six months, typically two sessions (up to three) per month, with scheduling flexibility.

  • Somatic practices, breathwork, visualization and embodiment exercises plus exploration of relationship patterns, beliefs, boundaries, intimacy and self-worth.

  • Practical tools and integration exercises to bring the work into your everyday life.

  • A follow-up email after each session to reflect on what we explored.

  • Personalized supporting resources, including guided audios, embodiment practices and integration exercises.

Some sessions might involve deep conversation.

Others might involve movement, breath, working with a protective part of yourself, or learning to feel and express something you've spent years holding back.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about building a relationship with yourself that changes how you experience love.

Investment: $666–$999 CAD per month, depending on the coaching arrangement.

Minimum six-month commitment.

Hey love, I’m Alexa

I'm a Love & Intimacy Coach, and I believe the relationship you have with yourself shapes every relationship you create.

My work blends deep inner exploration, somatic practices, embodiment and practical relationship tools, alongside ancient wisdom and a healthy dose of playfulness, curiosity and real-life application.

I care about helping you understand your patterns, yes.

Even more importantly, I want you to experience what it feels like to trust yourself, honour your desires, communicate your needs and remain connected to yourself when love enters the room.

The goal isn't simply to be chosen.

It's to become someone who knows how to choose and to create a love life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Don't just take my word for it ♡

“I felt very romantically blocked prior to our sessions, and now I’m actively dating with more purpose and joy.” — Abby, Toronto

“I felt so comfortable because of her down-to-earth nature, yet she was an absolute professional and masterful in her coaching.” — Amanda, Chicago

“Alexa is the consummate coach; she never tells me what to do but instead shows the path and encourages me to walk toward deeper self-learning.” – AS, Ontario, Canada

What if love could feel different this time?

You don't need another five years of repeating the same patterns, or heal every wound before you're worthy of extraordinary love, and you for sure don't need to become someone else to experience it.

You can know what you want, trust what you feel, ask for what you need and open your heart without losing yourself.

You get to choose yourself AND let love in.

If you're ready to explore what that could look like, let's connect. We'll talk about where you are, what you're longing for, and whether Align to Love is the right fit.
