I’m a certified trauma-informed Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach, and I help women (and men!) step into their power, pleasure, and radiance so they can attract extraordinary love with confidence and ease.
In a world obsessed with instant chemistry, love-at-first-sight stories, and rom-com-level meet-cutes, it’s no wonder we pick up rules, limiting beliefs, and habits that keep us playing small, expecting perfection, or settling for less than we deserve and therefore blocking the love that’s truly meant for us.
Through coaching, I blend ancient practices with modern somatic science to help you reconnect with your body, your desires, and your nervous system. Together, we uncover your confidence and magnetic presence so you can show up authentically in dating and intimacy.
